Welcome to PineAny. These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship between you and PineAny.

By registering, purchasing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Service Scope & Technical Boundaries

PineAny provides signal forwarding and order conversion technology only. We are not a broker or financial advisor.
Execution Environment: Users are responsible for the stability of their local environment (e.g., Windows OS, MT5 terminal).
Latency Disclaimer: Network transmission involves physical latency; execution gaps may occur during extreme market volatility.
The platform does not hold user funds; it executes commands via API keys provided by the user.

• Symbol Whitelist: Restrict trading to specific symbols only.
• Trading Limits: Set maximum per-order and daily cumulative limits.
• Disconnection Alerts: Monitor client connection status with real-time notifications.

Our services (e.g., Basic/Pro/Elite) are subscription-based and will notify or auto-renew before expiration.
Refund Policy: As we provide a 10-day free trial, no refunds are accepted after a successful payment.
Plan Upgrades: Only pay the prorated difference for the remaining days of your current plan.
Plan Downgrade: balances are non-refundable and will be applied to your next bill.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Price adjustments will be notified via email or platform announcement 30 days in advance.

Automated trading carries systemic risks; hardware failure or software bugs may lead to capital loss.
Developers are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of this system.
Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results; users bear full responsibility for trading outcomes.
We only support legal API usage; illegal trading activities are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without notice if:

You violate these terms or any applicable laws and regulations.
You attempt to attack, crack, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
You exploit system vulnerabilities for improper gains.

The interpretation of these terms belongs to pineany.com. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal arbitration.

These terms are provided in both English and Chinese. In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.
